2026 College of Management Welcomes International and Exchange Students
The College of Management at Chang Jung Christian University (CJCU) hosted the 2026 International Student and Exchange Student Welcome Luncheon on October 7, warmly welcoming new international students for the Fall 2026 semester. This semester, the College welcomed four exchange students from France and 15 degree-seeking students from Hong Kong, Burundi, Japan, Fiji, Malaysia, Vietnam, Tonga, and Eswatini. The students are enrolled in doctoral, master’s, and undergraduate programs, further enriching the College’s diverse and international learning environment.
During the luncheon, the new students introduced their academic programs and home countries and enjoyed lunch with their advisors, department chairs, and faculty members. In a relaxed and friendly atmosphere, they shared their experiences of studying and living in Taiwan and connected with new friends from different countries.
Dean Chi-Feng Ting encouraged the students to embrace the experience of studying abroad and living away from their families and familiar surroundings. In addition to pursuing their academic goals, he encouraged them to explore Taiwanese culture, broaden their international perspectives, and regard the faculty and students of the College of Management as their family in Taiwan. He also encouraged everyone to support one another and grow together as part of the College community.
A new student from Burundi shared that the gathering was a wonderful opportunity to meet students from different countries, interact with one another, and learn more about each other, making it a “joyful and meaningful experience.”
The College of Management looks forward to providing more opportunities for international exchange, helping students gain professional knowledge, build cross-cultural friendships, create lasting memories, and find a sense of belonging during their time at CJCU and in Taiwan.
