Notice for CJCU staff
Important Notice of Severe Pneumonia with Novel Pathogens (2019 Novel Coronavirus)
Dear all,
To promote the prevention of “Severe Pneumonia with Novel Pathogens” (2019-Ncov), please comply with the following notices. Thank you.
- Please strengthen self-health management:
(1) Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds.
(2) Wear a face mask.
(3) Avoid touching your face or eyes.
(4) Avoid going to the crowded or poorly ventilated places.
- Clean and disinfect surfaces and objects that may be contaminated with germs. (e.g. the doorknob, desktop, switch and official paper documents.)
- Keep the office ventilated and open the windows. If it is not necessary, please do not use the air conditioner.
- According to the information announced by the Ministry of Health and Welfare on Jan. 30, 2020, we suggested the passengers who return from China, Hong Kong and Macau stay at home for 14 days. Moreover, to avoid dealing with the make-up class, we also strongly suggested the faculty should not go to China, Hong Kong and Macau for travel or meeting.
- Seek early medical help and wear the medical mask if you have a fever (≥38°C), cough and difficulty breathing. Please follow the principle of leave announced by the Ministry of Labor, if you have been confirmed diagnosis. Please indicate the following reason on the leave system. “Reason of taking leave: Treatment or rest of 2019 Novel Coronavirus”.
- You have doubt about contagion though you don’t have a fever cough or difficulty breathing, and after asking home quarantine by the disease prevention unit, you can take sick leave, personal leave or annual leave.
- If the cooperative supplier or contractor need to entry the campus, please notify them of doing self-management of health. If you have a fever (≥38°C), cough or difficulty breathing, please do not visit the campus.
Taking care of yourself is the greatest contribution for the epidemic situation.
Please put the self-management of health into practice. Thank you!
Your Sincerely,
Office of Human Resources Development, Office of Workplace Health, Safety and Environmental Protection, Office of Student Affairs
