因應疫情急遽升溫,為維護師生安全,本校提高疫情警戒,自5/17(一)起,全校課程改採線上授課,其餘防疫配套措施詳見說明。

說明:

一、全校課程線上授課方式:

線上授課實施方式

5/17(一)-5/30(日)

全校課程試行同步或非同步網路教學:

  • 講授課程:線上授課。
  • 實驗或實作課程:線上授課、彈性調整課程內涵或事後補課(事後補課僅限於非畢業班,且原則上須於 6 月 30 日前完成,但可能視疫情狀況調整)。
  • 體育課程:線上授課、彈性調整課程內涵
  • 專題討論:線上授課。
  • 實習課程:可視情況照常進行,教學單位請密切關心實習學生健康狀況,並建議實習期間切勿往返校園,降低傳染風險
  • 學位考試:經系所務會議通過,得申請以視訊方式進行學位考試(須全程錄影),學生免返校應試。
  • 各授課教師得依課程需求,進行實體或線上評量(含考試),實體評量須依防疫規定(量溫消毒、全程戴口罩、梅花座、教室保持通風、落實課程點名等措施)進行。
  • 100人以上課程之線上授課,原則上繼續執行至6月8日。

5/24(一)-5/30(日)

應屆畢業班期末考週:

敬請授課教師彈性調整考試方式、多元評量成績,採用線上評量與考試;若必須要實體考試,請向註冊課務組申請採梅花座考試。

二、敬請各授課教師務必在上課前,於CJCU go learning數位學習平台公告線上授課進行方式及課堂聯繫管道,並請尊重智慧財權。線上授課相關注意事項請老師至email收信。

三、敬請同學務必注意老師於CJCU go learning數位學習平台之公告。

四、線上課程以在住處學習為原則,若無相關設備,圖資處規劃優先開放計網中心一樓的3間電腦教室供同學使用(耳機麥克風須請同學自備),進入電腦教室需實名制登記並採用梅花座,且需全程佩戴口罩。電腦教室開放時間週一至週五,08:10-17:10。

五、圖書館、室內體育場館、學聚館、學生活動中心、珍古德工作坊共廚餐廳、長榮藝廊、Global Plaza、智能健身房與環狀健身房自5月17日起同步閉館至5月30日。

六、本校餐廳一律外帶,禁止內用飲食。

七、若中央疫情指揮中心發布新內容,將隨時因應發布新公告。

In response to the substantial increase of the COVID-19 confirmed cases in Taiwan and to ensure the safety and well-being of our learning community, Chang Jung Christian University (CJCU) has decided to raise our epidemic prevention measures. Starting from 5/17 (Mon.), all courses will be delivered online. Other supporting measures for epidemic prevention are detailed in the instructions as follows.

Implementation of online teaching in CJCU

5/17(Mon)-5/30(Sun)

Instructions for live streaming and on-demand online courses in CJCU:

  • Lecturing courses:Online teaching
  • Experiments or hands-on courses:Online teaching, flexibly adjusting the course curriculum or allowing students to make up the missed courses (make up of the missed course is applicable only to the non-graduating classes, which must be completed before June 30. The deadline may be adjusted depending on the development of the COVID-19 epidemic in Taiwan)
  • Physical education:Online teaching, flexibly adjusting the course curriculum
  • Seminar:Online teaching
  • Internship course:Internship course may be conducted as usual depending on the situation. The teaching units shall pay close attention to the health status of the students involved in the internship, and urge the students not to return to the campus during the internship to reduce the risk of contagion.
  • Oral examination:After being approved by the Department (College/ School) Affairs Meeting, one may apply for an online oral examination (the entire process must be recorded), meaning that students are not required to return to the campus to take the examination.
  • Instructors could decide to have physical or online assessments (including examinations) at their own discretion. The physical assessments must be carried out in accordance with relevant epidemic prevention regulations (temperature measuring, disinfection, full-time mask wearing, social distancing, ventilation in the classroom, taking attendance, etc.).
  • Online teaching for courses with more than 100 students will continue until June 8.

5/24(Mon)-5/30(Sun)

Final examination week of the graduating class:

Instructors are requested to flexibly adjust the format of examinations, consider multiple evaluation results, and adopt online evaluation as well as examination. If face-to-face examination is required, please apply to the Registration and Curriculum Section for the social-distancing examination.

2. All instructors are requested to announce the methods of online teaching and course contacting information on the CJCU Go Learning platform before the class, and to avoid the violation of intellectual property rights. Instructors are requested to check their emails for notices relating to online teaching.

3. Students must pay attention to the instructor's announcement on the CJCU Go Learning platform.

4. Student shall join the online course in their own residence. Students who don’t have the equipment could go to the computer classrooms at the 1st floor of the Computer & Network Center, but please prepare your own headphones and microphones. Real-name registration and social distancing are required and mask must be worn at all times in the classrooms. The opening hour of the computer classrooms will be from 8:10-17:10, Monday to Friday.

5. The Library, Gymnasium, i-Reading Lounge, Student Activity Center, International Kitchen in Roots & Shoots Eco-studio , CJCU Gallery, Global Plaza, Smart Gym and Circling Gym will be closed from May 17th until May 30th.

6. All restaurants in CJCU only provide take away services.

7. If the Central Epidemic Command Center has a new update, we will make new announcement at any time.
