The Professor and student of the Department of CSIE jointly published academic papers at the International Conference of WMSCI 2021
Professor Yung Gi Wu published the paper entitled 'Emotion Detection by Speech and Voice Tone' at the 25th World Multiconference on Systemics, Cybernetics and Informatics (WMSCI 2021) held in Orlando, USA in July 2021. This conference is an annual information conference, with nearly a thousand international scholars participating every year. Because of the epidemic, this conference was held online synchronously or asynchronously. This paper is published in the special track ‘Trans- and Inter-Disciplinary Research, Education, and Communication'. Professor Wu said that this paper is the research result of the graduated student, Mr. Ze En Jin (currently studying in the Master's Program of National Chung Cheng University) during the university period. The research uses artificial intelligence to analyze the tone and content of speech to judge the emotional state. It could be utilized to aware person's self-sentiment condition easily.
