Activity Funding Application
- Types of activity fund subsidies:
- Clubs participating in observation tours, workshop and other relevant activities about indigenous culture;
- Nationwide & school-wide indigenous singing & dancing competition;
- Intercollegiate & school-wide multicultural activities;
- Tribal return service-learning activities.
- Conditions of receiving subsidies:
- Activities conducted must be in line with the purpose of the club establishment and are conducive to the development of the club or enhancement of the club members' skills.
- The overall planning of activities must be in line with the purpose of promoting and learning the indigenous multiculture.
- Subsidy standards: Based on the Directions Governing Ministry of Education Subsidies for College Indigenous Student Resource Center and the school aid budgets, the subsidy is adjusted according to the activity contents, results and actual price, approved by the dean of Student Affairs, Dr. Chen, Shu-Lee.
- Documents needed: Activity proposal (including funding, equipment requirements table and other related reference documents) & apply at the office of Extracurricular Activities Division.
- No subsidy is granted if any of the following circumstances exist:
- Activities not targeted at all the students in CJCU;
- Activities not in line with the purpose of promoting indigenous multiculture;
- Other activities listed as security violated and immoral by the Extracurricular Activities Division & the Indigenous Student Resource Center.
- Pre-event precautions:
- Event management is not allowed to be entrusted to travel agencies;
- Photocopies have to be indicated clearly ( and indicate the purpose, e.g., used for results report, used for file envelope, etc.);
- The funds can only be used after the activities are approved by the Indigenous Student Resource Center. The verified receipts and the date must be confirmed by the center too.
- The fund subsidy is limited to all staffs and students of CJCU. No subsidy is granted for any off-campus.
