Notes for the submission of specific improvement plans for the 110 academic year community evaluation

- 評鑑成績請詳閱公告：課外組網頁/社團業務/社團評鑑/110學年度社團評鑑/長榮大學110學年度全校學生社團評鑑成績總表(下方附件)。
1. For the evaluation results, please read the announcement: extracurricular group website/community business/community evaluation/110 academic year community evaluation/Evergreen University 110 academic year whole school student community evaluation score summary table.
- 各獎項之獎金及獎品於111學年度第1學期社團工作會報頒發。
2. The bonuses and prizes of each award will be presented in the club work report of the first semester of the 111 academic year.
- 未上傳資料、未參與社團評鑑之社團亦視為丁等，丁等社團名單請參考下方附件。
3. Associations that have not uploaded information or participated in the evaluation of the associations are also regarded as D-level, and the list of D-level associations is shown in Annex 1.
- 依據「長榮大學學生社團評鑑辦法」第七條第二款第二點「丁等社團，仍有負責人者，由現任負責人於評鑑結果公布後依本組公告時程提出具體改善計畫送本組審核，未依時程繳件之社團本組可視情況予以解散。」辦理，請丁等社團於111年8月31日前將相關改善計畫資料(資料下載處：http://cjcu.tw/r/wwBpBd)上傳至Google表單：https://forms.gle/H1XUZY9LFWi5tujV6。
4. According to Article 7, Paragraph 2, Point 2 of the "Evergreen University Student Association Evaluation Method", "For a D-level club that still has a person in charge, the current person in charge shall propose specific details according to the schedule announced by this group after the evaluation results are announced. The improvement plan will be sent to this group for review, and the group that fails to submit the documents according to the schedule may be disbanded according to the situation.” To handle this, please send the relevant improvement plan information before August 31, 2011 (data download: http://cjcu.tw/r/wwBpBd) to Google Forms: https://forms.gle/H1XUZY9LFWi5tujV6.
- 依據「長榮大學學生社團評鑑辦法」第七條第二款第三點「連續兩年未參加評鑑之社團，即視為未妥善經營，得予以解散。」，若未於111年8月31日前繳交相關改善計畫資料本組將解散該社團，名單請參考下方附件。
5. According to Article 7, Paragraph 2, Point 3 of the "Evergreen University Student Association Evaluation Regulations", "An association that has not participated in the evaluation for two consecutive years is deemed to have not been properly managed and may be dissolved." Submit the relevant improvement plan materials before August 31. The group will dissolve the association. Please refer to Annex I for the list.
