【公告】暑假期間(2026/06/14~09/14)學生活動中心社辦不予開放
1.依據長榮大學學生社團空間使用管理辦法第六條規定，暑假期間（2026年6月14日至9月14日）學生活動中心社團辦公室不開放自由進出。如於上述期間有使用社團辦公室需求，請自備社團辦公室鑰匙，並至課外活動組辦理鐵門鑰匙借用。
▲受理借用及開放使用時間：
2026年6月14日至9月14日，每週一至週五09:00－16:00；社團辦公室僅於上述時段開放使用，如有相關疑問可洽課外組。
2.借用鑰匙時，請出示相關社團幹部/社員證明（ex：社團幹部學生證、社長/幹部Line對話紀錄…等可確認同學之社團身分），以確認進出同學之身分。

1.According to Article 6 of the Chang Jung Christian University Student Club Space Management Regulations, the club offices in the Student Activity Center will not be open for free access during the summer vacation (from June 14 to September 14, 2026). If you need to use the club office during this period, please bring your own club office key and apply to the Extracurricular Activities Section to borrow the rolling door key.
▲ Application and Usage Hours:
From June 14 to September 14, 2026, Monday to Friday, 09:00–16:00. The club offices are only open for use during the above-mentioned hours. If you have any questions, please contact the Extracurricular Activities Section.
2.When borrowing the key, please present relevant proof of club officer/member status (e.g., student ID of a club officer, Line conversation records with the president/officers, etc., to verify your club membership) to confirm the identity of the students entering and leaving.
