Educational Goal

To cultivate talent for small and medium-sized enterprises who possess business management abilities and ethical literacy.

Core Competencies

Based on the founding purposes and educational goals of the university and the college, and in alignment with society's demand for high-level management talent, the educational goals of this program have been formulated. The primary objective is to cultivate students' possession of the following core competencies, detailed as follows:

(1) Business Management Competency: The ability to apply professional knowledge of business management to solve problems.

(2) Leadership and Decision-Making Competency: The ability to empathize with subordinates, recognize and employ talent effectively, and lead employees to learn and grow together.
