Brief History
History
Founded in 1993 and under the School of Management, the department initiated the Graduate Program of Business Administration in 2003. The department aims to develop business managers with specialized knowledge and balanced development to contribute to our country and society, via adopting our core value of liberal arts education, localization of study and practice, international perspectives, and practical training.
Current Size
● A total of 245 undergraduate students in 6 classes.
● A total of 11 full time faculty members, including Professor Hsu Chiang, the former CSBC chairman and former TYC president. Our faculty members have expertise in all business related fields.
Future Directions and Emphases
- Cultivate business management specialists with integration ability and development potential.
- Strive for industry-university collaboration and consultation opportunities to equip students with competition capability in the job market.
- Develop international perspectives through various channels.
- Support the sustainable development of management science research.
