About
History
Chang Jung Christian University is a private university affiliated with the Presbyterian Church, which has an open ethos, and respects academic freedom. The department was established in August 2002, as the Visual Arts Department to nurture artistic talent and art-related personnel for the spindle. In August 2009, it was renamed the Department of Fine Arts.
The department has upgraded facilities, improved the teaching environment and continues to promote teaching quality in order to achieve established objectives and educational goals.
Teaching Goals
- Foster talent in artistic creation and fields related to art application.
- Develop capability to discuss and combine the fine arts theory and creative practices.
- Implement diversified learning to foster the humanism quality and promote the exchange of art creation, with a macro perspective, social care and sustainable development concepts.
