Features and Career

Objectives

The department mainly trains art professionals. Freshmen are not grouped and learn basic technical subjects. Sophomores are grouped by their aspirations and scores. For the day division, there are two main groups, painting and three-dimensional art, containing core courses for each. Both aim to nurture creative talent.

Career

Graduates would pursue careers in:

• Art teaching at schools of all levels.
• Art administration and research in art and cultural institutes.
• Art creation.
• Governmental agencies relevant to culture and education.
• Further schooling or advanced study in Master programs of our graduate school or other institutes.
• Design and planning work relevant to art.
