Chairman

Chih-Horng Ke received his Bachelor degree in mathematics from the National Cheng-Kung University, Taiwan, in 1989. He received his Ph. D. from the Institute of Computer Science and Information Engineering at National Cheng-Kung University, Taiwan, in 2001. From 2001 to now, he works in the Department of Information Management, Chang Jung Christian University. Chih-Horng Ke’s research interests include Database, Sensor Network, Mobile Computing, Web Programming, etc.
