Global Plaza借用步驟Global Plaza Booking Procedure：
- Booking
Step1：Please check if the Global Plaza is available through the Google Canlendar above
Step2：Please call #1701 for booking the Global Plaza
Step3：Download and fill in the application in the "CJCU Global Plaza Utilization Regulations"
- The booking is only available for CJCU administration and academic units. Individual applications are not accepted.
- Cleaning time will be in Monday and Thursday night. It will not open for booking.
Step4：Turn in your application to OGE (3F, Administration Building)
- Returning
Step1-1：Inform the PT student to check the venue and equipment for you
Step1-2：If there's no PT student in Global Plaza, please use the phone besides the gress sofa to call #1701 to contact Rita for checking the venue and equipment for you
Step2：Turn back the key to OGE
