The Scholar in Residence 2025 is open to all partners of CHRIST University & offers faculties the opportunity to implement preexisting discussions and establish collaborative research activities, Coteach joint modules and courses and foster long-term relationships with faculty for 40–90 days.

Objectives :
1. To foster university partnerships.
2. Increase research opportunities and deliver joint publications and articles.
3. Establish opportunities to deliver a joint module or course in collaboration with an host at CHRIST University.

Process: The faculty must contact the desired faculty at CHRIST University, obtain a letter of support, and provide a clear proposal form outlining objectives and outcomes. The faculty's application requires a letter of no objection from the working (home) university. The selection process will be subject to an internal review of the outcomes and proposals.

Coverage: CHRIST University offers on-campus accommodations, meals, access to events, knowledge centers, library facilities, VISA invitations, airport transfers, and reimbursement of airfares up to INR 100,000/- and the booking will have to be done through designated Indian Travel Service Providers.

Note: The applicant can undertake this at one or more CHRIST University's campuses, with on-campus accommodation, cafeteria meals, and travel insurance. Faculties will have an option of bringing families (at extra costs). Visa is the traveler's responsibility, and registration with government authorities is required within 14 days. The university is not responsible for personal belongings during the visit.
