Introduction
With the trend of globalization and industrial rapid change, the need for industrial talents competency shifts to multi-faceted and cross-disciplinary orientation. Under such circumstance, cultivation of talents must be developed in the internationally multidisciplinary direction. To follow up the trend to cultivate higher education talents and the need for talents in economic planning and development, Chang Jung Christian University established the International School of Business and Management in 2018 with approval of Ministry of Education. The school expects to cultivate talents with professional ethics, communication competency, creative thinking, service enthusiasm and global perspective.
The International School of Business and Management is operated by the mode of professional school. There is no programs at departmental level, and all the courses are taught in English. The school aims to cultivate students with core competence to solve problems and reinforce involvement of both faculty and students in international activities. We rethink the learning styles of digital and open courses, the change of teaching models and then implement innovative instruction mechanism to advance students' efficient learning. In addition to professional proficiency, we also value students' employment competence, civic literacy, creativity, cross-field ability, and global mobility to adapt students to changes of domestic and international industry environment.
