International MBA and PhD Programs Hold Farewell Gathering for Graduating Students Strengthening Global Friendships and Fostering an Inclusive Environment
To promote interaction and exchange among international students, the international MBA and the doctoral programs at the College of Management held a joint class gathering on the evening of May 27. International students and their family members were invited to participate, fostering a warm atmosphere for building friendships while celebrating graduating master’s and doctoral students. Participants came from Vietnam, India, Belize, Eswatini, Ethiopia, Ghana, Tanzania, Indonesia, and Malaysia, highlighting the multicultural diversity of the international programs.
Dean Chieh-Yu Lin stated that the College has long been committed to advancing internationalization by actively fostering a friendly and supportive learning environment while also supporting international students’ academic and daily lives in Taiwan. The College is proud of the graduating students and hopes they will continue to apply their professional expertise in the future, serving as important bridges between Taiwan and the international community.
Associate Dean Wen-Hua Hsu noted that several graduates plan to remain in Taiwan to pursue doctoral studies or develop their careers, demonstrating that the university’s high-quality educational environment and support for international students have become important factors in attracting international talent.
The event was filled with laughter and joyful conversations as faculty members and students interacted and took group photos together. The gathering created precious and unforgettable memories for graduates preparing to enter a new stage of life, while also showing the warm and welcoming international learning environment of the College of Management.
