三創Seed Teacher Training Camp Strengthened Teacher’s Teaching Cognition

In order to sprout the 三創education of CJCU, and to cultivate the teachers , the college of management, YSBC and the Innovation and Incubation Center held the “三創Teacher Training Camp” on November 10, which last for 2 days.
The camp led the participating teachers to the Taiwan Rende仁德Sugar Factory for a visit with the theme of “revitalization”. Taiwan's sugar industry has hundred years of history. With the changes of time, the glory past of sugar-making has not been seen, but in order to let people know the evolution and history of Taiwan's sugar industry and achieve the purpose of cultural heritage preservation, Rende仁德Sugar Factory cooperated with NGO to transform the sugar factory into a cultural park. Through the visits, you can not only have a deep understanding of the history of sugar industry, but also know the difficult of industrial transformation and cultural preservation.
In addition to field visits, the camp also invited senior 三創 teachers of CJCU to share how they teaching activities to guide students to carry out creative thinking, strengthen 三創 thinking , and design entrepreneurial planning and other teaching experiences. We also let them visit Creative Design Workshop, know the resources of 三創 of CJCU to provide and support the future creation of 三創curriculum.
The camp hopes to by strengthening the三創thinking and skills of teachers' to strengthen the students' creativity, innovation and entrepreneurship through training, and systematically cultivate more entrepreneurial teams in the future.
