Amir Khashru, Manager of Ynuns Centre in Bangladesh, Visit Chang Jung Christian University

The General Manager Amir Khashru who comes from Yunus Centre, Dhaka, the world's famous social business promotion organization, visited Chang Jung Christian University (CJCU) on October 27, 2017. During this visit, Mr. Khashru visited Prof. Yong-Long Li, president of CJCU, and conducted bilateral international exchanges for social business. He also carried out a keynote speech and visited the Yunus Social Business Center of CJCU and ARK Co. Ltd.
 

Mr. Khashru was invited by the Foundation for Yunus Social Business Taiwan (YSBT), to attend the 2017 Social Business Forum in Taiwan and be the keynote speaker in the forum. In the tight schedule, he specially arranged for a visit to CJCU and shared how social businesses could solve the local problems in the small villages in Dhaka with a speech which topic is Social Business Movement and Yunus Cnetre Activities.
In addition to displaying the photos and explaining how to help poor people to venture their own businesses in Bangladesh, Mr. Khashru also showed many inspiring success venture stories.

Mr. Khashru unreservedly shared the social business's development model and vision in the fields of education, public health, science and technology, and enabled participants to understand more about the concept and value of social businesses as well. President Li also took the opportunity to encourage the teachers and students to uphold our school's spirit--pious, diligence, honor, and service, to fulfill the social responsibility of the university and to practice and promote the spirit of social business.
