Sharing Social Business Value, Manager of Ynuns Centre in Bangladesh Visit CJCU (Taiwan Hot.net)

The General Manager Amir Khashru who comes from Yunus Centre, Dhaka, the world's famous social business promotion organization, was invited to Chang Jung Christian University (CJCU) to have a speech. Amir Khashru sharing how business fufill on education, public health and technology field. President of CJCU Yong-Ling Li said that he would do his best to fulfill the social responsibility of the university and practice the spirit of social enterprise.

President Yong-Long Li said that Amir, the general manager of Yunus Center, Bangladesh was invited by the Foundation for Yunus Social Business Taiwan to attend the "Good Economic Rise - Taiwan Social Enterprise Forum" hosted by the Foundation and delivered a special speech. Using this rare opportunity, he was invited to visit YSBC and the first social enterprise "ARK Co. Ltd" in Tainan established by CJCU.

The General Manager Amir Khashru shared the rich experience of promoting social enterprises and solving local social problems in small villages in Bangladesh with the theme of “Starting the World: Social Enterprises Starting from Small Villages”. In addition to explaining the photos and history of helping many poor residents in various parts of Bangladesh, he also showed many successful cases.

President Yong-Long Li of CJCU said that General Manager Amir Khashru shared the development model and vision of social enterprises in the fields of education, public health and technology, and did not reserve to share the teachers and students of CJCU. The participants also learned more about the concept and value of social enterprises. CJCU will certainly fulfill the social responsibility of the university and promote it to the corners of society.
