【REGULAR SEASONAL COURSE】 HOW TO APPLY?

I. Prepare the Documents

1. The documents are accepted in only Chinese or English versions.

2. Only PDF and Image files are supported for upload. 

3.  Four documents are required: 

  (1) Passport-sized photo.

  (2) Photo page of the passport.

• Clearly visible passport number, personal details, and photographs.

  (3) Diploma/school transcript (or equivalent academic records)  

• Please translate your academic documents into English or Chinese by the legal translation agency. Certification by the embassy is not required. 

  (4) Financial Statement (within the past three months).

• The issued date should be within the last three months. 
• The balance amount is at least US$2,000 dollars. 
• The financial account should be the applicant's own. 
• If you are supported by your parents or sponsor, the financial proof should include: 

1. a guarantor letter starting your relationship and his/her willingness of supporting you.
2. his/her financial proof with at least USD$2,000 dollars balance within the last three months.  
3. a photocopy of his/her passport or identity proof or household document. 

• The scholarship recipient documents can be used as proof of financial resources.

III. Review, Acceptance, and Class Offering

• We will send you an email after receiving your application. 
• It will take 5 to 10 workdays to review your application. 
• A "Letter of Registration Confirmation" will be sent after your application is accepted. 
• The "Admission Letter" will be sent only when the class is confirmedly offered. Students are highly suggested to finalize the travel plan until receiving the "Admission Letter". 
• The minimum number of students at one level is five. 
• The right of course offering is preserved when the applicants in the same level are less than five.
