History
Our story started with the Erren River.
CJCU has safeguarded the Erren River with locals for over a decade. Our efforts was recognized by Dr. Jane Goodall in 2012, and started to initiate Roots and Shoots activities with CJCU from 2014.
The Jane Goodall Institute has determined to join CJCU and to grow stronger together. We co-organized the Animal Parade form 2015 which promotes recycling and biodiversity, hold camps to inspire youngsters to look after their hometowns, and spread the spirit into the country.
In order to do more, CJCU cooperated with Jane Goodall Institute to establish the International College of Practice and Education for the Environment in 2016. We want to share our accumulated achievement with the like-mined students from the world, and inspire them to take actions to make the world a better place for people, animals and the environment.
