↘CJCU Student Portal User Manual

Account Setting

• Account name: The account number is the student number, and the English letters are in lowercases, for example: 112b12345.
• Password setting: Set when logging into the New Student Basic Information (http://cjcu.tw/s/stweb)

• When logging into the Student Portal for the first time, the password for new students is the last four digits of their personal ID card number. At that time, set a new password, which must be 8-15 digits (and must include English letters).
• Those who have forgotten their Student Portal password may contact the Registration and Curriculum Section.

  • Office of Library and Information Services computer classroom network connection verification
• Roaming certification for Inter-school wireless network roaming verification

Instructions for e-mail use

• Email address: student ID@mailst.cjcu.edu.tw or student ID@mail.cjcu.edu.tw
  Example: 112b12345@mailst.cjcu.edu.tw(college degree,master's degree / 112d12345@mail.cjcu.edu.tw(PhD))     
• Most campus units send important notices via e-mail. Please be sure to always check your e-mails.
• Please use the letter forwarding function to forward mail from the school’s mailbox to your personal mailbox to avoid missing important messages.
• The CJCU email system uses the Google cloud services.
