【Implementation method】
1、Instructions:
According to the Personal Data Protection Act, when a parent (or guardian) logs in to the Parent Care Network (hereinafter referred to as the Network) for the first time, they must first register for an account to prevent the fraudulent use or theft of student personal data by outsiders.
2、Account registration methods:
(1)Online registration
Parents can register for an account on the homepage of this website. After the login is completed, the system will automatically send a Chang Jung Christian University Parent Care Network "Registration and Password Notification Letter" to the parent via e-mail or mobile phone message for the parent to log in. To use this method of registration, parents need their child to confirm his/ her parent's identity in the Student Portal before the parents can activate this website. This is to prevent the fraudulent use or theft of student personal data by outsiders.
(2) In-person or mail verification
Parents can present their personal ID card in person to the CJCU Admission Affairs Section(2nd floor of the Administration Building) for verification. Parents living far from the school can submit an application form with a photocopy of their personal ID card via mail (or fax) for verification. Once the Network has confirmed the identity of the parent, it will send the Chang Jung Christian University Parent Care Network "Registration and Password Notification Letter" to the parent via e-mail or mobile phone message for the parent to log in and activate the use of this Network.
