Q: What kind of faculty does the Department of Business Administration have?
A:
The faculty of our department comprises all relevant fields of business management, including 5 professors, 4 associate professors, and 2 assistant professors, whose expertise in academic areas covers human resources management, production and operations management, marketing management, financial management, information management, enterprise resource planning and technology management. Q: What can you learn from our department?
A:
- The curriculum of our department includes common required language, liberal arts education, two years of required foreign language courses, and related optional courses in foreign languages to accumulate communicate ability in foreign languages. The curriculum for undergraduates includes basic management courses (introduction to business, management, economics and accounting etc.). The Department core courses include human resources management, marketing management, production and operations management, financial management, management information systems, technology management, organizational behavior, corporate policy, etc.).
- There are two optional courses in featured modules and other optional courses can be freely chosen for students according to their interest and expertise. Choosing our department is equivalent to obtain the admission qualifications in the Department of marketing, human resources management, and production and operations management so that you can become the company's favorite π-type talent.
- Students are entitled to apply for double major or minor and 25 departments are available to choose to develop second specialty.
Q:How to achieve the graduation qualification approval including featured module courses and the related requirements of “WISE Map Management Practice Passport Implementation”?

Featured Module Courses:
- A student is required to elect minimum of 11 courses from the chosen field of E-Business or Marketing.
- Students are required to participate in the activities listed as below. (Marked * persons must register on the website of their activities).
- Management lecture series by Mr. Wang Zaibin: Compulsory attendance for a minimum of six lecture series held by the Department of BA (Course taken not included).
- International English Proficiency Test: Take a minimum of one English certification exam (automatically checked by the E-system at the department office).
- Site visit: Attend a minimum of four site visits.
- Login of Activity Website: Input participating activities to the website.
- Alumni Data Login: Login alumni data from system before graduation.
- Alumni sharing session: Attend at least four sessions held by the department.
- Internship sharing session: Attend at least two sessions held by the department and obtain at least three certificate approved by Ministry of Education.

Q: What professional facilities does the Department of Business Administration have?
A:
The department is located on the 7th and 8th floors of the third teaching building. There are teacher research rooms, an electronic business laboratory and a professional audio-visual classroom. The professional audio-visual classroom can accommodate up to 120 persons, and there is various professional multimedia equipment to assist teaching and enhance the lively and diversified teaching. E-Business Labs provides space for field operations related to corporate e-commerce trend courses. It is equipped with more than 70 desktop computers, built-in teaching and broadcasting systems, and a variety of professional information software required to meet the needs of the company. It also set up SAP enterprise resource planning system used widely by benchmark corporate.
Q: Are there any special regulations on course taken of the Department of Business Administration?
A:
- Total credits required for graduation is 128, including 25 credits for common required courses, 48 required credits for department, and 55 credits for elective credits. Curriculum can be downloaded from the website of the Department of Business Administration as reference.

Q: Do freshmen need to take courses online?
A:
No, since students are just getting acquainted with CJCU and aren’t familiar with the school system, the first semester courses are unified for freshmen and the foreign language courses are scheduled by the foreign language center. Please do not change courses taken online unless students who have already applied for offsetting credits or those wish to postpone their studies,
From the beginning of the second semester, freshmen will choose their own courses online.
