主旨：公告107學年度第1學期學生宿舍住宿費緩抵繳開始申請，請配合辦理。

公告事項：

ANNOUNCEMENT:

Spring 2018 Student Dormitory Financial Aid Application is operating, please do respect the following procedures:

一、目的：為協助家遭變故且經濟困難之住宿生，使其專心向學，順利完成學業。

Purpose: To the study of the students financial aid is intended for those living in a low-income family.

二、申請資格 Eligibility：

(一)家庭經濟狀況困難且不符合就學貸款申請資格者。

The students living in a low income household, and are not eligible for student loan.

(二)學生之父母均為非自願離職失業者。

The students whose parent lost their jobs due to any circumstances instead of their opinions.

三、學生緩抵繳宿舍住宿費可選擇「分期付款」或「以工代賑」。

Dormitory Financial Aid is divided into monthly payment and workfare program

四、請申請者於107年6月14日(四)前至生輔組提出申請，建議申請者先至生輔組洽詢相關應注意事項及繳交文件

The applicants should apply it to the student life and residential services section before Thursday, June 14th 2018. The applicants are suggested to ask the related information and submit the required documents first.

五、申請流程：申請表須經家長、導師、學系主任同意簽章後，向學務處生輔組提出申請，申請表格及要點詳細內容如附件。

Application Procedures: the application form should be approved and signed by parent, class adviser, dean of department, then submit it to the student life and residential services section. For the details information and the application form are attached below:

六、應繳文件 Required Documents：

(一)申請表。Application Form

(二)一個月內之全戶戶籍謄本(僑外生免繳)。

Household Certificate within a month (International and Overseas students are not required)

(三)其他有利於申請之相關文件。
