Accessible Online Borrowing

Online Book Borrowing Service (OBBS) for Readers with Disabilities or Mobility Difficulties

1. Eligibility
This service is available to library card holders who meet one of the following:

• Readers with temporary mobility difficulties (e.g., due to accident or injury).

• Readers with official disability certification.

2. Application Process

1. Fill out the online application form.

2. Once notified, the applicant may pick up the books at the 1F Circulation Desk.

3. Readers with mobility difficulties may authorize a representative to borrow books on their behalf with a signed Book Borrowing Authorization Form.

3. Notes

• All notifications will be sent via email.

• Reserved books will be held for 3 days only; unclaimed requests will be canceled.

• If a reader fails to pick up books twice, borrowing privileges through this service will be suspended.

• Please do not misuse this service if you are not an eligible user.
