  • Central governmental job opportunities include the National Development Council, the Council of Agriculture; the Public Construction Commission, the Construction and Planning Agency of the Ministry of the Interior, National Fire Agency of the Ministry of the Interior, Department of Land Administration of the Ministry of the Interior; and the National Property Administration of the Ministry of Finance.
  • Local governmental job opportunities, include the sectors involving construction, civil engineering, urban development, land administration, and agriculture.

Job opportunities in the private sector include real estate trading companies, real estate appraisal agencies, judicial scrivener agencies, insurance agencies, property management agencies, asset management, planning and construction consulting firms, land development companies and professional engineering agencies.

 Advanced Studies

• LMD graduates could apply for domestic or foreign graduate programs in fields such as public administration, land administration, urban planning, urban and regional science, architecture, civil engineering, environmental design, as well as cultural asset preservation.

Professional Accreditation

• Graduates of LMD could receive professional accreditation via the Civil Service Special Examinations, which include the Real Estate Appraisal Agent exam, the Real Estate Trading Agent exam, the Judicial Scrivener exam, and the Urban Planner exam.  Alternatively, through the qualification of the Civil Service Examinations, the graduate may also serve as a public service personnel in Land Administration, Urban Planning, and Public Property Management.
