1.Professional knowledge: professional knowledge of health care and medical 

    social work.

2. Teamwork: The ability to integrate with good teamwork.

3. Social communication: Social skills with good interpersonal communication.

4. Actual research: Basic research capacity.

5. Creative integration: The ability to analyze health care related journals and

    books, and to develop ideas or propose and find solutions to problems.
