112-1畢業離校注意事項【Notice of Steps for Application to Leave School】
==112學年度第1學期畢業生==
•自113年1月8日起學生可由學生系統提出離校手續申請,各單位審核均通過後始可至行政大樓二樓註冊課務組領取畢業證書。登錄 學生系統 帳號及密碼後→教務處→「畢業離校申請」,並請同學先瀏覽各單位離校注意事項(記得勾選已了解注意事項並按下申請畢業離校,各單位審核通過亮綠燈。
•若本人無法前來領取證書,請務必由受託人攜帶 長榮大學辦理離校手續委託同意書 (下載網址如下-畢業申請相關表單)。
•領取學位證書時,請務必攜帶"學生證" 學生證待註記後歸還;註記後仍可使用一卡通,若遇一卡通使用問題,請逕行與一卡通公司聯繫,謝謝!
•請同學務必確認成績均送達且符合規定者始可領取畢業證書。
113.1.25至113.3.29(週一至週五上班時間)至註冊課務組(行政大樓二樓)領取學位證書( 113.2.8至113.2.14為春假放假)。
•辦理兵役役(訓)期折減,請至行政大樓一樓自動繳費機投幣申請歷年成績單後至校安中心辦理,證明文件為重要文件請妥善 保存,如不慎遺失,請提早申請補發。
•碩、博士生領取畢業證書日期113.1.2至113.2.16(週一至週五上班時間)。
本校自110學年度第1學期起,開始核發每位畢業生「數位學位證書」,方便您日後申請國內外學校或求職證明時使用,請各位畢業生於領取紙本學位證書一個月後自行登入「校友資訊平台」下載您的數位學位證書,檔案下載後,亦可至「教育部數位證書驗證系統」進行驗證,謝謝!
畢業生除了親領或委託代領之外,亦可委託本組協助郵寄學位證書,相關說明如下:
申請郵寄學位證書前,請確認已於學生系統提出離校手續申請,並確認各單位均審核通過亮綠燈。
請務必填具「長榮大學畢業生申請郵寄學位證書切結書」(下載網址如下-畢業申請相關表單);境外生(非台灣本地生)請另填具「外國(僑生)學生畢業後流向」(下載網址如下-畢業申請相關表單)。
申請郵寄者,請慎選回郵牛皮紙厚郵件袋品質,以免寄送過程破損。回郵牛皮紙厚郵件袋須貼妥120元郵資,尺寸為中式大4K郵件袋(牛皮紙氣泡袋尤佳)。境外生亦比照國內生作法,惟,郵資請自行計算國際郵件資費,郵資不足者將通知補足始幫忙寄送。
寄送信封封面請務必詳細註明寄件人地址、畢業系所、學生姓名、學號和聯絡電話,「寄送長榮大學信封封面(範本)」(下載網址如下-畢業申請相關表單);「回郵專用信封封面(範本)」(下載網址如下-畢業申請相關表單)。
請備妥上述所列資料,並填寫一張白色的掛號郵件收件回執聯。
本組於收到申請郵件後約須五個工作天,始可交付郵政代辦所寄發。
貼心提醒:學位證書屬重要文書,申請郵寄仍有遺失或毁損風險,若郵寄遺失,依規定僅可向原畢業學校申請補發學位證明書,其行政程序繁複,須自行承擔,請同學列入思量、慎重考慮,建請到校領取。
【Notice of Steps for Application to Leave School】
•Students could apply for the Step for Application to Leave School in Student Portal from 8 Jan, 2024. Students could receive their graduation certificates from the Registration and Curriculum Section on the 2nd floor of the Administration Building after the applications have been approved by departments/sections. Website: http://stweb.cjcu.edu.tw/ Please log into Student Portal→Please click "Office of Academic Affairs" and read the notice. (Please click all the required checkboxes/buttons. The green light will be lighten up if the application approved by departments/sections.
•If you are unable to get your certificate in person, please make sure that your consignee brings a letter of authorization to complete the Step for Application to Leave School.
•Please remember to bring your student ID card when getting the degree certificate. The iPASS card could still be used after the graduation. If you have any problems with the card, please contact iPASS Corporation directly.
•Please make sure that all of your grades are received well and meet the requirements before picking up your graduation certificate at the Registration and Curriculum Section (2nd floor of the Administration Building).
•2024.1.25 to 2024.3.29 Office hours is from Monday through Friday(2024.2.8~2024.2.14 Chinese New Year holiday).
•The date of receiving graduation certificate for master and PhD students is from 2024.1.2 to 2024.2.16 (Saturday and Sunday are day off).
