The Department's role to cultivate maritime and aviation management professionals. Students may decide to major in aviation or maritime from the beginning of the second year. A major emphasis is placed on practical training through the organization of internships with airports, airlines, shipping companies, freight forwarders, etc. during summer vacations. Scholarships from the Ministry of Education for overseas internship programs may be applied for. Apart from starting a career in the aviation and maritime industries, graduates could also pursue master studies or prepare for civil service exams.
