The TRA Shalun Line (connecting TRA Zhongzhou train station with Tainan High-speed railway station) was open for traffic on February 2, 2011. The Chang Jung Christian University train station is close to the main entrance of the University, it's the only station in the country that is located at the gate of a university.
- From Tainan City train station, take the Shalun Line to Chang Jung Christian University train station.
- From other areas take the train to Zhongzhou train station, change line to the Shalun Line and proceed to Chang Jung Christian University train station.
By High-Speed Rail

From Tainan High-speed Railway Station (Shalun) travel to Datan community where CJCU is located. After the opening of the Taiwan Railway Shalun Line, you can now take the TRA train to Cang Jung Christian University from the High-Speed Rail station.
By Car from North Taiwan
- Take the National Highway no.1 and across Rende exchange road, drive 330 km and turn into the East and West Highway 86 (towards Guanmiao district), at Datan exchange road get off the highway and head south towards CJCU.
- Take the National road no.3 through Guanmiao exchange road, turn into the East and West Highway 86, at Datan exchange road get off the highway and head south towards CJCU.
By Car from South Taiwan
- Take the National Highway no.1 and cross Lu Zhu exchange road, drive 330 km and turn into the East and West Highway 86 (head towards Guanmiao district), at Datan exchange road, get off the highway and head south towards CJCU.
- Take the National Road no.3 Tianyu exchange road, drive to → Alian → Shibitan → Daling → Linzibian → CJCU.
- Take the National Highway no.3 Guanmiao intersection, turn into East and West Highway 86, at Datan exchange road get off the highway and head south towards CJCU.
