History

The CJCU Library was established in 1993. Because of growing needs, planning and construction on a new library began in 2005. The new Main Library was completed and opened on November 5, 2008. Which occupies about 5,000 square meters of space, has around 800 reading seats. Currently the library has 580,000 volumes of books, over 1,200 titles of serial publication (including 41,753 titles of e-journals), and over 19,700 items of non-book materials.
