Library Information Security Notice

To protect your data and ensure safe use of our services, the Library follows these information security practices:

• Website protection: Our systems use firewalls, intrusion detection, antivirus software, and regular backups to keep services stable and secure.

• Account security: Access to Library systems is controlled by personal logins and permissions. Passwords can only be reset after identity verification.

• System maintenance: Updates and vendor maintenance are strictly monitored to prevent security risks. Unauthorized servers are not allowed.

• User responsibility: Please keep your password and personal data safe. Always log out or close the browser on shared or public computers.

• Personal data use: Information you provide (e.g., for event sign-up, surveys, newsletters) will only be used for Library services and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

• Prohibited use: Illegal downloading, file sharing (P2P), or misuse of Library networks is forbidden. Violations may result in suspended access or referral to university authorities.
