How do we teach? "Traditional technology combined with technology" and "classrooms enter the community"
We value community engagement and cross-cultural, interdisciplinary learning. We build a modern simulation lab with a team-based clinical practice and mentoring program designed to prepare students for a variety of patient care majors. Students are also encouraged to participate in student-focused activities (colleges, faculty, and international nursing studies) to expand the learning experience of students in the nursing profession from the perspective of life and learning.
The world is our classroom
Meeting the needs of different patient groups requires a knowledgeable and sensitive nurse; the growing demand for caregivers around the world for emerging health risks is why we are committed to providing international care options. Bachelor students have the opportunity to conduct a one-month international nursing study overseas through a nursing department. Through a practical experience, the Taiwan medical system is compared with other countries to understand community and mental health care in other countries.
