「And after hearing the king, they went on their way; and the star which they saw in the east went before them, till it came to rest over the place where the young child was. And when they saw the star, they were full of joy.」

Chapter 2:9-10
“The Voice of Chang Jung” is expected to be the star which leads every teenager to find the truth of how wisdom grows. This is why we are called “Star Radio.”
About Us-
Chang Jung Christian University arranged to set up a radio station for practical training in 1999. With great help from a well-known Tainan local radio station - "The Voice of Victor", including equipment and skills, Star Radio was established in 2000.
Star Radio is a learning environment for any student from any department of CJCU who wants to be a DJ. Here, he or she can learn about radio program planning, program hosting, news-casting, equipment operating, music mixing, activity planning and execution, etc.
Star Radio recruits new trainees in May and holds a 10 day training camp during summer vacation every year. When students finish the training and pass the final test, they become trainee DJs.
With at least 2 years practical experience, trainees can get a certificate if they fulfill various requirements allowing them to keep their qualification as a trainee DJ.
We offer a range of program types for our audiences. We broadcast 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Half our programs are produced by our students, some from other colleges' broadcasting stations, some from commercial radio, Language teaching programs, including English and Japanese, are among the most popular.
During summer vacation or on weekends, Star Radio also holds broadcasting camps for students from elementary to senior high schools, even for the elderly to experience how to be a DJ or an announcer.
