Department of Computer Aided Media Design

- Based on artistic creativity, the Department has designed three types of conceptual courses in visual communication design, motion graphic design, and basic Film and Television media under the two professional modules of visual communication design and Digital Film and animation,for students to learn on their own and develop professional abilities and an aptitude for project cooperation.

Department of Calligraphy and Chinese Painting

- The Department was established in 2010 with the purpose to focus on the theories of calligraphy and seal carving, for academic creation and marketing. The courses of the Department are arranged in series and taught by experienced teaching faculties who actively assist learning of students and consult them with patience outside of classrooms. We often see good results in creation contests, entrance exams, and the marketing of artworks.
Bachelor Degree Program of Taiwan Cultural and Creative Industries

- The Program is oriented to integrate diverse Taiwanese cultures, craft design and marketing, and to cultivate talent for the cultural industry with international vision and civic awareness. The Program is the first one in Taiwan that integrates craft design (practices), Taiwanese cultures (humanities and culture), and marketing (industry) to create an authentic “Taiwan Cultural and Creative Industry.”
Bachelor Degree Program of South East Asia Cultures and Industries

- The Program was established in 2015 with the purpose of cultivating talent with multiculturalunderstanding, transnutiend adaption abilities, and skills in industrial practices.Southeast Asia is a region full of development potential, and we are concerned with its market development trends and cultural diversities. To understand and harness the trends, we actively build cooperation with the industry for practical teaching and to cultivate the students'strengths.
Star Radio

- STAR RADIO 88.3 FM began broadcasting officially in 2002, and it was the first internship radio station set up among colleges and universities in Southern Taiwan. The internship program is mainly open for students from the Mass Communication Department, but students of other departments are also encouraged to take part. So far, more than 500 students have been tutored into broadcasting professionals.Diverse radio programs have been broadcast around the o'clock.
