航管系(104年)畢業系友 呂麒寶 現職：WPD達德能源集團風電開發部專案管理組

Thanks to Director Chou gave me the opportunity to share my career experience. After graduating from school, I decided not to pursue a career in transportation, I ended up working in the energy industry instead. That was an unexpected Journey for me!

Having gained experience in project management in the energy industry, I developed my professional skills as a project associate at wpdTaiwan Energy Co., Ltd. (wpd). wpd is a renewable energy project operator and developer with a clear focus on wind power. During construction, I am responsible for applying traffic planning to wind farms construction and eliminating obstacles, a process that requires excellent communication and coordination skills. During college, I believe that Director Chou's leadership helped me establish a strong foundation that enabled me to enter a more professional field. I encourage everyone to learn beyond the university stage and develop into a more professional field to improve your competitiveness. I think it must be the bright future that awaits everyone!            

                各位航管系老師及學弟學妹們大家好，我是104級畢業生呂麒寶，謝謝周主任給我這個機會分享我的職場經驗。自從學校畢業後，我專長屬於交通運輸領域，但在找工作的過程中因緣際會下進入了能源業，算是個意外旅程吧!

我目前任職於WPD達德能源集團風電開發部專案管理組，本公司為德國再生能源開發商，以開發陸域風電及太陽光電為主，我的工作主要負責各項專案工程技術面的申請，如施工前交維計畫、線路挖掘、風機運輸障礙物遷移等，我認為在職場上除了自身的專業能力，也需要良好的邏輯判斷及溝通協調的能力，才能提升自我價值。

                在大學時期能在周主任帶領下學習專業知識及專題製作，對我來說建立了良好基礎，奠定我進入更專業領域的道路，非常感謝周主任當年的教導，我也鼓勵各位學弟妹，學習不僅限於大學階段，盡量勇於嘗試往更專業領域學習，提升自己的競爭力，我相信一定有美好的未來在等著各位。
