Comprehensively manage the vision planning and cross-unit communication and coordination of the center's business development.

1. The Comprehensive Science Research Center plans to sign relevant business contracts.
2. Accept the application for employment of full-time and part-time researchers in the research center, and the operation of adding and withdrawing insurance, etc.
3. Accounting processing such as project registration and fund control of the research center
4. Handle the establishment and management of research centers, annual evaluation and financial reporting.
5. Sign and execute official documents related to plan implementation.
6. Other assigned matters.
