Position Description of Class Committees
The title of the committees are shown below (do not create your own titles) :
(1) Class monitor
- Comprehensive management service operations and daily affairs
- Representing the class to attend the relevant important meeting of the school
- Act as a bridge of communication between students and the school
(2) Deputy class monitor
- Assisting the class monitor to deal with the class affairs, acting as the class monitor in the absence of class monitor or when it is necessary.
- Responsible for campus safety, feedback of classmates’ safety conditions, assistance in controlling traffic accidents, and conveying transportation education requirements.
- Propaganda, implementation, problem report and participation in renting affairs.
(3) Class secretary
- Academic seminars, filling in class records online, and class publications affairs.
- Tutor and counseling center related activities.
(4) Activities coordinator
- Entertainment, class associations, travel and recreational activities, etc.
- Responsible for communication and coordination among all classes and outside of school.
(5) Class treasurer
- Documents, affairs, finances and all other matters that belong to no one.
(6) Service crew leader
- Student Affairs Information Reports, School Community, International Services, etc.
- Responsible for communication and coordination with the service center.
(7) Athletic leader
- Sports events, sports competitions, etc.
Class meetings should be held at least 3 times per semester. In order to understand exactly the status of students in the class in the beginning, mid-term and final of the semester, it is recommended to conduct class meetings in the second week, the tenth week and the sixteenth week, but the actual time is determined by each class.
Class meeting minutes should be handed into student portal by the class secretary within one week after the class meeting.
