==110學年度第2學期畢業生==
· 自5月16日起學生可由學生系統提出離校手續申請，各單位審核均通過後始可至行政大樓二樓註冊課務組領取畢業證書。網址http://stweb.cjcu.edu.tw/ 登錄帳號及密碼後→教務處→「畢業離校申請」，並請同學先瀏覽各單位離校注意事項(記得勾選已了解注意事項並按下申請畢業離校)，各單位審核通過亮綠燈。
· 若本人無法前來領取證書，請務必由受託人攜帶長榮大學辦理離校手續委託同意書。
· 領取學位證書時，請務必攜帶"學生證" 學生證待註記後歸還；註記後仍可使用一卡通，若遇一卡通使用問題，請逕行與一卡通公司聯繫，謝謝!
· 請同學務必確認成績均送達且符合規定者始可領取畢業證書。
- 第一階段 111.05.30起至111.06.24週一至週五上班時間領取(原訂5月28日畢業典禮調整為6月11日線上畢業典禮，故5.28(六)將不上班，領取時間調整為5月30日起)。
- 第二階段 111.07.04起至111.09.02 週一至週五 上班時間領取。
- 第三階段 暑修及校際選課者得延長至111.9.30領取。
· 碩、博士生領取畢業證書日期111.5.30至111.8.31(週六、日不上班)。
· 辦理兵役役（訓）期折減，請至行政大樓一樓自動繳費機投幣申請歷年成績單後至軍訓室辦理，證明文件為重要文件請妥善保存，如不慎遺失，請提早申請補發。
本校自110學年度第1學期起，將核發每位畢業生「數位學位證書」，方便您日後申請國內外學校或求職證明時使用，請各位畢業生於領取紙本學位證書一個月後自行登入「校友資訊平台」下載您的數位學位證書，檔案下載後，亦可至「教育部數位證書驗證系統」進行驗證，謝謝！
【Notice of Steps for Application to Leave School】
•Students could apply for the Step for Application to Leave School in Student Portal from 16 May, 2022. Students could receive their graduation certificates from the Registration and Curriculum Section on the 2nd floor of the Administration Building after the applications have been approved by departments/sections. Website: http://stweb.cjcu.edu.tw/ Please log into Student Portal→Please click "Office of Academic Affairs" and read the notice. (Please click all the required checkboxes/buttons. The green light will be lighten up if the application approved by departments/sections.
•If you are unable to get your certificate in person, please make sure that your consignee brings a letter of authorization to complete the Step for Application to Leave School.
•Please remember to bring your student ID card when getting the degree certificate. The iPASS card could still be used after the graduation. If you have any problems with the card, please contact iPASS Corporation directly.
•Please make sure that all of your grades are received well and meet the requirements before picking up your graduation certificate at the Registration and Curriculum Section (2nd floor of the Administration Building).
- Phase I: 2022.5.30 to 2022.6.24 Office hours is from Monday through Friday.(The graduation ceremony on Saturday, May 28, 2022 will be postponed, therefore, Saturday, May 28, 2022 is day off, so the date of receiving graduation certificates will be rescheduled from 2022.5.30 to 2022.6.24.)
- Phase II: 2022.7.4 to 2022.9.2 Office hours is from Monday through Friday.
- Phase III: Summer Course and inter-collegiate course taking can be postponed to 2022.9.30.
•The date of receiving graduation certificate for master and PhD students is from 2022.5.30 to 2022.8.31 (Saturday and Sunday are day off).

As of the fall semester of 2021, each graduated student will be issued a digital diploma. You may download your digital diploma through the portal of “Alumni Information Platform”one month later after receiving your paper diploma. And you may have your digital diploma verified, if needed, over the online “Digital Diploma Verification System” of Ministry of Education.
