The International Jane Goodall Roots & Shoots Eco-Center was established in 2016, as a cooperative endeavor between Chang Jung Christian University and the Jane Goodall Institute of Taiwan. We aims to empower youths to be more active, creative, and environmentally-conscious citizens, and perhaps become leaders in their local communities and beyond.

The IPSD is a program for students who want to be active participants in building a sustainable society to make the world a better place. We seek students with a genuine care for nature, and an eagerness to make a difference in the world. We empower students to be good Earth citizens and leaders in the struggle to survive the changes coming to our planet.
