校長李泳龍致詞

CJCU held a Bell Ring to Deliver Blessings activity at 9:15 am Shen-Hsing Park and a Lunar New Year's Day Service at 10:10 am CJCU Hall after the holiday breaking and welcome the arrival of the new semester.

The Lunar New Year's Day Service began with the colleague fellowship and student fellowship singing a hymn - Way Maker. We believe that God is the way maker, and may He lead us on the road ahead. Rev. Ming-Chih Cheng encouraged everyone through the Bible that Jesus Christ is the foundation rock on which CJCU was founded. We should be like wise and intelligent foremen who build a house on the solid rock with the spirit of Jesus Christ: love and tolerance, and the pursuit of truth. , justice and mercy, humility and service to educate students, making CJCU an important vessel for improving and blessing the entire society.

Chairman of the Board Jen-Chun Hwang encouraged everyone that CJCU is a diamond treasure in the Datan area, so we must rely on confidence, learn more about the international situation and Taiwan's AI-related development, and hope that we can develop in science and technology. We should unite to make CJCU to be a century-old university.

In his speech, President Yung-Lung Lee explained that there is no need to be pessimistic about the declining birthrate. Instead, we should return to the original intention of running the school and believe that God has the best time and preparation. Think simple and act seriously. Moses led Israel in the wilderness for 40 years, and God provided that they lacked nothing. “For the students, our mindset is ‘nothing is lacking’, but we must increase revenue and reduce expenditure.” When we feel scared, we should reposition ourselves. God is the navigator. All we have to do is focus, use our skills, take the right path, and continue to have courage and confidence. This requires exercise. We also need to renew our spiritual life, step forward into a new situation, all the destination is to follow God.

In the end of service, Chairman of the Board Jen-Chun Hwang, President Yung-Lung Lee, and Vice President Huey-Min Sun Huimin led the first-level supervisors to raise cups to wish all participating colleagues a Happy New Year; and the Chairman, President, and Vice President gave red envelopes containing letters from Heavenly Father to the participating colleagues, let the first working day of the Dragon Year be filled with blessings and joy.
