2019 CJCU Lunar New Year Worship Service: Renew Strength, Soar on Wings Like Eagles

To welcome the arrival of the new semester, Chang Jung Christian University held a Lunar New Year Worship Service in the atrium on the third floor of the administrative building on the Feb. 11th, and an appointment of person in charge for 11 new directors. Chairman of the Board Yang, Szu-Hai, President Lee, Yung-Lung and Vice President Sun, Huey-Min personally gave all participants  a red envelop inside with a blessing card of the letter from Heavenly Father. In the afternoon, there was a Retreat would be held for all staff, so that the first working day after few break days was full of peace and blessings.

In the New Year's Eve, President Lee, Yung-Lung reminded the participants, "Are you changing today?", the "renewed strength" mentioned in the Bible is not meaning repeat, but spiritual renewal from the new. No one knows what the problem or challenge of tomorrow is, so it is time to start from the new. We need to put the past away and keep moving to the future. Do not keep useing the past method to solve the new problem or challenge.

In addition, President Lee, Yung-Lung also thanked and affirmed the various developments of the school in the past year, like that we got the deepening cultivation plan on higher education, more award and subsidies, passed the evaluation of school affairs, second time got the enterprise social responsibility award, and the national enternal development award, etc. He encouraged everyone, even if the outside environment is difficult, I hope that the school can still fly like an eagle.

Chairman of the board, Szu-Hai Yang took the eagle as an example. It showed that unlike other birds, the eagle can use the cyclone to help it fly to the highest point, and then accurately face the prey. To be able to fly like an eagle, it depends on everyone’s efforts. Under the guidance of God, you will be able to grace and add strength. Vice-president Sun, Huey-Min said that life is like apple trees in different seasons. We must have awe of life, hope for life, praise for God's care, and be grateful for personal achievements.
