公告112學年度特殊狀況優先住宿申請作業事宜，敬請配合辦理。
公告事項：
Announcement:
一、申請資格：如患有重大疾病、車禍受傷復健中或其他特殊狀況因素，且因作息無法配合一般寢室之同學，可向生輔組提出申請住宿。
People who apply: If you have a major illness 、 Car accident injury rehabilitation or other special condition factors, Students who is not convenience to stay in the regular dorm,because of work and rest can apply to the Student Support Group for accommodation
二、特殊狀況需求之住宿以安排至第一宿舍為主。
Accommodations with special needs are mainly arranged to the first dormitory
三、申請方式需完成線上申請及紙本資料繳交。
The application method needs to complete the online application and the submission of paper materials.
(一) 線上申請：
Online application:
1.時間：自 112 年 2 月23 日(四)起至 3 月 2 日(四)晚上 10 點止。
The application deadline in Student Portal:From Thursday, March, 2th 2023 10.00pm
2.申請者及陪住者，須各自至學校首頁進入「學生系統」→宿舍床位→宿舍申請作業→填寫後並列印乙份。
Applicants and accompanying persons must go university homepage > student portal > dormitory registration >Dormitory Beds > Dormitory Application Assignment → Fill in and print out
3.申請者：申請資格類別請填寫「領有身心障礙證明」或「身體患有重病」。
Applicant: To apply for the qualification category, please fill in "Certificate of Physical Disability" or "Severely Ill"
4.陪住者：申請資格類別請填寫「其他」並註明「室友姓名」。
The accompanying person: Please fill in "Other" and indicate "Roommate Name" for the application type of the accompanying person
(二)紙本資料繳交：
Submitted on paper: Prepare the following documents and submit them to the Student Life and Residence Section.
1.時間：112 年 3 月 7 日(四)下午 4 時前。
Submitting deadline: Tuesday, March, 7th 2023 4.00pm.
2.請至生輔組網頁→服務資源→表單下載專區→學生宿舍相關表格下載區→ 列印相關表格（特殊狀況學生住宿申請書、學生住宿保證金繳費單）。
Please login to the Student Life and Residence Section > Service resources > student dormitory > files download > print out
3.申請者須先自行安排一位室友照顧生活作息，同時填寫「特殊狀況住宿申請書」乙份。
The students who have special circumstances should find the partner to stay together in the dorm by themselves. Please do fill the application form for 1 copy.
4.申請者與陪住者，須各自填寫「住宿保證金繳費單」乙份，並繳交住宿保證金 3,000 元。(111 學年已繳交者可至生輔組簽署住宿保證金移轉同意表)
The applicant and the partner should fill the dormitory deposit payment form by emselves for two pieces and pay the deposit fee NTD. 3,000. (Those who have paid the dormitory deposit fee in 111 academic year may apply for transferring the deposit fee.)
四、凡申請學生宿舍者，住宿以 1 學年為限。惟申請特殊狀況因素消滅時，申
請者得由生輔組安排至一般寢室，先予敘明。
For those who apply for student dormitory, accommodation is limited to one academic year. However, when the application of special conditions is eliminated, the applicant may be arranged by the students and assistants to the general dormitory.
五、因身心障礙寢室以兩人為申請單位，若申請或陪住之一者有休(退)學、退
宿、或其它特殊情況時，生輔組得依實際情況調整寢室、床位、床鋪。
The priority room is set up for two people. If the applicant or the partner is stop studying, stop staying in the dorm or another circumstances, the official of student life and residence section will actually arrange the room, bed set, etc.
六、住宿費用每人 13,374 元／一學期。
Suite accommodation fee: NTD. 13,374 per person each semester
七、逾時未完成上述各項流程者，視同放棄，不得要求補登記，請注意時效。If you are late for registration, it means that you do not want to apply for accommodation on campus. You may not apply it again, please do pay attention to the deadline.
八、住宿保證金係以住宿兩個學期計算為基準。繳交保證金後視同保留宿舍床位，爾後不論是否進住宿舍、或中途辦理退宿、或放棄住宿資格，不退還住宿保證金。請謹慎考慮住宿意願後方始繳交住宿保證金，特此先予敘明。
After paying the dormitory deposit fee, no matter how long time you stay in the dorm, you may not get your deposit back if you cancel or stop staying in the dorm before one academic year.
