Industry-University Program Completion Award

- For the project, please close the case on campus within 3 months after the subsidy unit approves and closes the case (including fulfilling the project closing conditions, remitting all the funds to the school, and completing the verification of the expenses that have been used).
- On-campus case closing procedure: Please go to the campus E-system to fill out the case closing application form, print out the paper copy and attach the attachments and run the process in sequence. If the balance of the management fee is greater than (including) 2,001 yuan, a certain percentage of the management fee will be allocated to the department of the project implementation unit (Institution) and college. The balance of project funds that do not need to be returned to the subsidizing unit will be used by the project host and written off in accordance with the school's internal accounting procedures, and it is not subject to fiscal year restrictions.
- Closing method: After the agreement of both parties, please specify it in the contract before signing the contract. The case closing and award application form only needs to attach at least one of the "Certificate of Case Closing" and "Research Results Report" (if it is a photocopy, please ask the project host to stamp and write the date)
1. Format of case closure certificate: Include "subsidy unit name", "project name", "acceptance or case closure date", one of the following formats is acceptable (you can also refer to the school's standard case closure certificate content addition):
- Communications from subsidizing units
- Acceptance certificate or case closing certificate of the subsidy unit standard
- The school's standard case closing certificate (as attached)
- E-mail sent by the subsidy unit
- If the case is closed by delivering the finished product, the receipt receipt can be used as the closing proof document (the content must include the name of the project, the signature of the recipient and the date of receipt)
2. If only a research report is attached, the year, month, and day stated on the cover of the report shall be the closing date.
