一、本校依教育部110年9月7日公布之校園防疫指引,於110-1學期第一、二週(自110年9月22日(三)至10月3日(日)止)全面進行課程線上教學演練。

二、因前兩週為加退選課程期間,全校課程均採同步教學,以利及時回應學生諮詢(已申請遠距教學通過課程除外)。

三、線上教學演練期間務必請以學生熟悉之Meet為主要同步教學工具;若欲使用Teams進行同步教學,請帶領該班學生進行Teams平台功能測試無誤後,方得以Teams進行教學活動。

四、配合本校GL教學平台停用,並更新為CJCU I-Learning雲端智慧教室,請授課教師除於E化課綱系統公布線上教學網址外,另請於9月22日(三)前將線上教學網址及課程教材,公告於CJCU I-Learning雲端智慧教室,並留存相關教學資料(影片、教材等)。

110.05.28【防疫公告】109學年度學生宿舍檢退日期展延至8/15日止

各位住宿生請注意!鑑於新冠狀病毒疫情愈加嚴重,學校基於防疫考量下,已返家的同學繼續安心求學,在家實施線上課程。109-2學期到110.06.25(五)日結束課程,至於住宿同學,雖你已返家請不要擔心宿舍檢退的日期與時間,學校已經將檢退日期延長至110.08.15日止。宿舍檢退日期截止日前,均可辦理檢退。因為採預約分流分批制,故請於三日前先與管理員或留宿之幹部聯繫,約定辦理檢退相關事宜。

進入校園採實聯制,請家長不要進入宿舍區,全程配戴口罩。同學進入宿舍請先量測體溫、酒精消毒。在實施環境清潔後辦理檢退搬運行李離宿。如果110學年有住宿同學,請事先與管理員或樓長確認,下學年住宿房間之床位離宿與否,再決定是否「預放衣櫃申請」。非住宿者,請將物品全數搬離。

提醒同學,目前僅提供郵局托運行李服務措施(如新增相關服務項目,請電洽各宿管理員室)。請事先與家長溝通驅車前來搬運行李,避免搭乘大眾交通工具。

以上訊息,仍會依據疫情狀況酌情滾動修正公告之。

To all dormitory students:

At the witness of devastating Local Pandemic Issue, dormitory students who have been back home shall be safe and sound to join all intake courses remotely. 

Despite the 109-2 semester which was originally declared to have been end on Friday, June 25, 2021, dormitory students being at home right now shall not need to worry about the date and time for checking out from the dorm since the school board has conducted an extension of the check-out-date upto Sunday, August 15. 

All dormitory check-outs can be processed before the deadline with the appointment divided into batches. Thus, please do contact the administrator or your floor leaders three days in advance for more effective work.

Parents are suggested to not enter the dormitory area, while they are obligated to wear face masks properly during the whole process. When entering the dormitory, please do abide by the rules for body temperature measurement and disinfection with alcohol. Students may leave the dorm only if all tasks are completed.

If the students will stay on campus housing by the next semester, it is imperative to inform the administrator and  competent staff as well as posibble to make sure whether you cancel or not and make put your staff in you future room. Check-outers donot need to put any of your stuff in the dorm.

Remember! In this semester, only Postal delivery service are accessible and available. Please do communicate with your parents in advance to pick you up with your luggage and avoid taking public transportation.

碩博士班學位考試:

  • 學位考試至第18週(6/27)前採線上方式辦理,考試過程需全程錄音錄影,並確實紀錄存檔。
  • 後續將視疫情發展,評估學位考試進行方式

110.05.21【防疫公告】本校所有課程(含學位考試)全面實施線上教學至學期末

為顧及全體教職員工生健康,本校所有課程(含學位考試)全面實施線上教學至學期末。學校將視疫情發展狀況,於6月4日(五)公告期末考試方式,若疫情趨緩,方考慮開放實體考試。若公告不開放實體考試,原則上以多元評量進行,但在不違反中央流行疫情指揮中心規定的前提下(如,第三級防疫規定,室內不得超過五人),實驗、實作課程可經防疫小組審查通過後,開放實體考試。

因應期末考試不開放實體考試後,學期成績更新評量方式請授課教師提早預備及公布於CJCU go learning數位學習平台及課程綱要系統,並請同學上網查看。

1. For the health and safety of all CJCU instructors, staff, and students, all CJCU courses (including degree exams/defenses) are to be held entirely online until the end of the semester.

2. On June 4 (Friday), based on the development of the pandemic, the University will announce how the final examinations will be practiced.

  • Physical examinations will be practiced if the epidemic slows down.
  • If physical examinations are not available, multi-assessment method is suggested.
  • However, without violating the regulations of the Central Epidemic Command Center, the experiment and hands-on courses can practice physical examinations if approved by the CJCU Pandemic Task Force.

3. Instructors are requested to revise the assessment and make announcement of it on CJCU Go-Learning platform as early as possible to notify students.

因應疫情急遽升溫,為維護師生安全,本校提高疫情警戒,爰自5/17(一)起,全校課程請採線上授課。

說明:

一、全校課程線上授課方式:

  • 體育課程:線上授課、彈性調整課程內涵
  • 專題討論:線上授課。
  • 實習課程:可視情況照常進行,教學單位請密切關心實習學生健康狀況,並建議實習期間切勿往返校園,降低傳染風險
  • 學位考試:經系所務會議通過,得申請以視訊方式進行學位考試(須全程錄影),學生免返校應試。
  • 各授課教師得依課程需求,進行實體或線上評量(含考試),實體評量須依防疫規定(量溫消毒、全程戴口罩、梅花座、教室保持通風、落實課程點名等措施)進行。
  • 100人以上課程之線上授課,原則上繼續執行至6月8日。

二、敬請各授課教師務必在上課前,於CJCU go learning數位學習平台公告線上授課進行方式及課堂聯繫管道,並請尊重智慧財權。線上授課相關注意事項請老師至email收信。

三、敬請同學務必注意老師於CJCU go learning數位學習平台之公告。

四、線上課程以在住處學習為原則,若無相關設備,圖資處規劃優先開放計網中心一樓的3間電腦教室供同學使用(耳機麥克風須請同學自備),進入電腦教室需實名制登記並採用梅花座,且需全程佩戴口罩。電腦教室開放時間週一至週五,08:10-17:10。

五、圖書館、室內體育場館、學聚館、學生活動中心、珍古德工作坊共廚餐廳、長榮藝廊、Global Plaza、智能健身房與環狀健身房自5月17日起同步閉館至5月30日。

六、本校餐廳一律外帶,禁止內用飲食。

七、若中央疫情指揮中心發布新內容,將隨時因應發布新公告。

  In response to the substantial increase of the COVID-19 confirmed cases in Taiwan and to ensure the safety and well-being of our learning community, Chang Jung Christian University (CJCU) has decided to raise our epidemic prevention measures. Starting from 5/17 (Mon.), all courses will be delivered online. Other supporting measures for epidemic prevention are detailed in the instructions as follows.

Instructions for live streaming and on-demand online courses in CJCU:

  • Lecturing courses:Online teaching
  • Experiments or hands-on courses:Online teaching, flexibly adjusting the course curriculum or allowing students to make up the missed courses (make up of the missed course is applicable only to the non-graduating classes, which must be completed before June 30. The deadline may be adjusted depending on the development of the COVID-19 epidemic in Taiwan)
  • Physical education:Online teaching, flexibly adjusting the course curriculum
  • Seminar:Online teaching
  • Internship course:Internship course may be conducted as usual depending on the situation. The teaching units shall pay close attention to the health status of the students involved in the internship, and urge the students not to return to the campus during the internship to reduce the risk of contagion.
  • Oral examination:After being approved by the Department (College/ School) Affairs Meeting, one may apply for an online oral examination (the entire process must be recorded), meaning that students are not required to return to the campus to take the examination.
  • Instructors could decide to have physical or online assessments (including examinations) at their own discretion. The physical assessments must be carried out in accordance with relevant epidemic prevention regulations (temperature measuring, disinfection, full-time mask wearing, social distancing, ventilation in the classroom, taking attendance, etc.).
  • Online teaching for courses with more than 100 students will continue until June 8.

Final examination week of the graduating class:

Instructors are requested to flexibly adjust the format of examinations, consider multiple evaluation results, and adopt online evaluation as well as examination. If face-to-face examination is required, please apply to the Registration and Curriculum Section for the social-distancing examination.

2. All instructors are requested to announce the methods of online teaching and course contacting information on the CJCU Go Learning platform before the class, and to avoid the violation of intellectual property rights. Instructors are requested to check their emails for notices relating to online teaching.

3. Students must pay attention to the instructor's announcement on the CJCU Go Learning platform.

4. Student shall join the online course in their own residence. Students who don’t have the equipment could go to the computer classrooms at the 1st floor of the Computer & Network Center, but please prepare your own headphones and microphones. Real-name registration and social distancing are required and mask must be worn at all times in the classrooms. The opening hour of the computer classrooms will be from 8:10-17:10, Monday to Friday.

5. The Library, Gymnasium, i-Reading Lounge, Student Activity Center, International Kitchen in Roots & Shoots Eco-studio , CJCU Gallery, Global Plaza, Smart Gym and Circling Gym will be closed from May 17th until May 30th.

6. All restaurants in CJCU only provide take away services.

7. If the Central Epidemic Command Center has a new update, we will make new announcement at any time.

    1. In order to assure campus security, and to avoid the COVID-19 pandemic affecting the campus, the number of seats & tables for dining in the Cafeteria are reduced from May 13, 2021, and social distancing of at least 1.5 meters is strictly enforced.
    2. We encourage students to make use of the designated dining areas under the sunshades in the courtyards of the 3rd and 4th Dormitories and in the corridors, 1st floor of the Second Academic Building.
    3. When dining, use takeout as much as possible.
    4. When entering the Cafeteria or Ark Cafe, you must correctly wear a mask.

110.05.11【疫情警戒升級通知】即日起至6/8強化各項防疫措施

因近期疫情嚴峻,國內出現感染源不明本土病例致社區感染風險增加,中央流行疫情指揮中心宣布,自即日起至6月8日提升疫情警戒至第二級,以防範發生社區傳播。

為避免造成防疫破口,提醒全校師生「務必」遵守下列防疫重點事項:

一、進入校園,若無法保持安全社交距離(室內1.5公尺、室外1公尺)請全程確實佩戴口罩。
二、校內舉辦之所有集會活動需落實確保維持社交距離或要求全程佩戴口罩,並落實實名制、體溫量測、消毒、人流管制、動線規劃等措施,否則應暫緩辦理。
三、參加集會活動須審慎評估,避免出入人群聚集場所,進出公共場所請隨時佩戴口罩。
四、用餐前、如廁後務必洗手,不共用餐具也不共食,保持距離不交談。
五、搭乘大眾交通工具時全面禁止飲食,且須依規定全程佩戴口罩。
六、校內設置10處定點體溫量測站(當您有不舒服情形時,請立刻前往就近定點量測):

(一)衛保組(第一教學大樓1F)

七、上課準則:

(一)請授課教師務必提醒學生落實佩戴口罩、勤洗手、做好個人健康管理。
(二)請授課教師確實點名、自行留存座位表,並請進入E化之缺曠系統登錄學生出席情形。
(三)請授課教師務必協助帶動同學實施自主清潔防疫,一般教室均備有次氯酸水噴瓶,使用過的消毒廢棄物(如面紙等)請勿隨意丟棄在教室內。
(四)「實驗室」、「電腦教室」等專業教室敬請各業管單位落實消毒工作。
(五)室內使用冷氣或中央空調之通風原則:「教室門可關閉,且應於教室對角處各開啟一扇窗,每扇至少開啟15公分,以利通風」。為達空間對流之目的,可能造成冷氣降溫效果不理想,還望師生互相體諒。

八、請維持個人健康管理並勤洗手。若出現身體不適或發燒時,請勿上班上課,並儘速就醫及通報校安中心(06-2785119)或衛保組(06-2785123轉分機1256-1258)。

二、汽機車行車動線調整
2月1日起本校於第一停車場進行「機車停車棚及多功能展演教室暨景觀整合」新建工程,全部工期為12個月。考量學生上下學交通使用需求,機車棚工程部分將優先施工並先行開放使用,預計約6個月完工。為降低施工造成的衝擊,照顧學生就學生活的需求,及考量交通安全,汽機車行車動線調整如下:

  1. 將行政大樓及第一教學大樓北側道路封閉,並作為臨時機車停車區。
  2. 欲至第一、二宿舍之汽車,請繞道圖書館前道路即可到達。
  3. 行政大樓地下停車場將一併封閉並禁止出入。
  4. 校方鑒於施工所造成師生停車的不便,下學期的機車停車費用將全數退還學生。
  5. 凡已持有109通行開卡者,仍可刷卡進出校區東側(靠近第三、第四宿舍)所有機車停車場及上述之臨時機車停車場。惟即日起不再受理新增開卡申請,以免造成停車爆量,對所有機車用路人帶來更大的不便。

一項新的工程推展,過程難免痛苦與不便,非常感謝全校師生同仁配合及體諒,相信完工後的校園將展現更為舒適優質的風貌。

With our new semester starting on February 22nd, new epidemic and traffic control measures will be in effect in order to ensure a safer environment for all.

Please Adhere to the Following Epidemic Prevention Measures:

  1. Teachers and students must wear masks in class and during school-related activities, no one will be allowed entry into classrooms without a mask.
  2. Maintain a safe social distance and do not talk in elevators.
  3. Avoid crowds, please wear a mask whenever you enter or leave public places.
  4. Be sure to wash your hands before eating, do not share utensils, avoid eating together, keep a safe social distance and refrain from conversing.
  5. If you feel unwell or have a fever, you should take time off and rest, do not go to class, and seek medical attention immediately.

Car and Motorcycle Traffic Adjustments

A new classroom and landscape integration project began on February 1st that will take twelve months to complete. In order to accommodate student transportation needs, the first phase will be completed in six months. In order to reduce initial traffic congestion, new car and motorcycle rules have been adjusted accordingly:

  1. The road on the north side of the Administrative Building and First Teaching Building will be closed and used as a temporary parking area for motorcycles
  2. Cars headed toward the First and Second Dorms should take the road in front of the Library
  3. The Administrative Building underground parking lot will be closed
  4. Due to inconveniences caused by construction, the school will refund motorcycle parking fees for students this semester.
  5. Those whose cards are still valid can enter motorcycle parking lots on the east side of campus near the number 3 and 4 Dorms as well as the temporary parking lot near the Administrative and First Teaching Buildings. However, there will be no new cards issued to keep traffic at a minimum

I would like to extend my appreciation to teachers, students, and staff members for their patience during our renovation. I am confident our campus will be a more convenient and comfortable place after completion.

教育部於110年1月19日發布有關「提醒各級學校辦理集會活動防疫措施」之通報予各大專校院,各校後續如有辦理大型集會活動或社團相關營隊活動,應依指揮中心公布之「COVID-19(武漢肺炎)因應指引:公眾集會」妥為評估活動舉辦之必要性及相關風險程度,若決定辦理需訂定完整防疫應變計畫(包含事前掌握參加者資訊(採實名制及進行疫調)、確認活動空間通風換氣情形、活動期間遵守安全社交距離、用餐動線規劃等);若無法於活動前嚴格執行完整風險評估並規劃完善之防疫配套措施,則強烈建議取消或延後舉辦。

因時序已進入秋冬,全球COVID-19疫情持續上升,中央流行疫情指揮中心為降低國內社區傳播風險,自109年12月1日將啟動「秋冬防疫專案」,另又配合台南市政府於8月17日起即已推行之防疫政策,下列事項敬請全校師生共同遵守:

一、提醒各位進入醫療照護、大眾運輸、生活消費、教育學習、觀展觀賽、休閒娛樂、宗教祭祀、洽公機構等八大類場所應佩戴口罩。未依規定佩戴口罩,經勸導不聽者,將依違反傳染病防治法第37條第1項第6款規定,由地方政府裁罰新臺幣3千元以上1萬5千元以下罰鍰。

親愛的各位師長、同仁及同學們,平安!

今年遭受COVID-19全球性疫情影響,全世界仍有多國處於停課狀態,超過10億學生受教權受到影響,如何讓學生安全回到校園,成為各國政府的優先要務。台灣在國內第一線防疫、醫護人員及大家的團結努力下疫情趨於平穩,並獲得控制,於此歡迎大家返回校園。因目前全球的疫情還持續延燒,防疫仍不能鬆懈!開學在即,提醒大家尚需持續注意各項防疫工作,共同守護校園安全。

中央流行疫情指揮中心指示,出入無法保持社交距離、或會密切接觸不特定對象之人潮擁擠或密閉場所時,務必佩戴口罩,也列舉八大類場所如醫療照護機構、大眾運輸、賣場市集、教育學習場所、展演競賽場所、宗教場所、娛樂場所及大型活動等。本校亦依照台南市政府規定,自8月17日起,籲請大家進入室內場所須佩戴口罩,有效達到防疫目的並保護全校師生同仁之健康。

為提供安全健康的學習環境,本校已於開學前將教室與宿舍、圖書館及學生餐廳等環境加強清潔,並於校園九處定點設有體溫自主量測站,分別為四棟宿舍的管理室、衛保組(一教一樓)、永續學院辦公室(二教一樓)、軍訓室(行政大樓一樓)、體育館、課外活動組(學生活動中心一樓),皆可就近選擇適當地點進行自我量測。

防疫工作是一場馬拉松耐力戰,為守護安全健康的環境,再次提醒大家仍應落實個人自主健康管理,並保持社交距離,維持規律生活作息,且落實均衡飲食與規律運動的習慣,配合各項防疫措施,共同守護彼此的健康與平安~

Dear Members of the CJCU Community,

This year, the world has been affected by the COVID-19 epidemic, and many countries around the world are still suspending classes. With the concerted efforts of medical staff and the public, the epidemic in Taiwan has been stabilized and brought under control. Therefore, we welcome everyone to return to campus. However, school is about to begin and the epidemic is continuing its spread across the world, we are reminding everyone to continue to pay attention to epidemic prevention measures and jointly protect campus safety.

The Central Epidemic Command Center has directed the use of masks when entering and exiting crowded or confined places where social distance cannot be maintained or when coming into close contact with random people. It also lists eight types of places such as medical care institutions, public transportation, shopping centers, educational centers, performance and competition venues, places of religion, places of entertainment and large-scale events where masks must be worn. In compliance with Tainan City Government’s regulations, the school is urging everyone to wear masks beginning August 17 when entering indoor places to effectively achieve epidemic prevention and protect the health of all teachers and students in the school.

To ensure a safe and healthy learning environment, the school has stepped up the cleanliness of classrooms, dormitories, libraries and student dining rooms before the start of school. It has also set up automated temperature measurement stations at nine designated points around the campus. These include the Manager Offices in the four dormitories, the Division of Health Services (first floor of Teaching Building I), College of Sustainability Office (first floor of Teaching Building II), the Office of Military Training (first floor of the Administrative Building), the gymnasium and the Division of Extracurricular Activities (first floor of the Student Activity Center). Students can go to any of these points to take their own temperature.

To ensure a safe and healthy environment, I once again remind everyone to continue practicing personal and self-initiated health management, maintain social distance, maintain a regular life schedule and keep the habit of eating a balanced diet and exercising regularly. Please cooperate with the various epidemic prevention measures to protect each other’s health and safety.

109.08.04【防疫最新公告】臺南市政府武漢肺炎防疫最新公告

為防堵第二波疫情捲土重來,台南市政府宣布自109年8月4日起,台南市各事業單位及機關團體,凡是在室內場所,所有人員必須配戴口罩或者保持1.5公尺社交安全距離,該政策將有兩個星期的宣導期,宣導過後違反者將先針對事業單位依防疫相關法令開罰。


109.07.23【防疫注意事項】暑假期間武漢肺炎防疫注意事項

暑期出國旅遊旺季將至,目前全球各地仍有傳染病疫情,為避免學校師生出國期間罹患傳染病,影響自身健康及國內防疫安全,請依以下衛生福利部疾病管制署出國旅遊注意事項加強宣導:
(一)出國前,請至疾管署全球資訊網「國際旅遊與健康專區」查詢國際疫情、疫苗接種建議及疾病預防須知,或於出國前4-6周前往「旅遊醫學門診」接受評估。
(二)旅途中或返國時,曾有發燒、腹瀉、出疹或呼吸道不適等疑似傳染病症狀,請於入境時主動告知機場檢疫人員;返國後21天內,若有身體不適,請盡速就醫,並告知醫師旅遊史及接觸史。
(三)傳染病預防措施
1.用肥皂勤洗手
2.有呼吸道症狀應配戴口罩
3.噴防蚊液,避免蚊蟲叮咬
4.不接觸禽鳥、犬貓及野生動物
(四)參與各項活動者,仍須保持社交距離,保持室內1.5公尺、室外1公尺;無法維持社交距離時,應戴口罩;校方可運用隔板將座位隔開,或採取梅花座維持適當的安全距離。
(五)開學後,若發現師生出現疑似傳染病症狀,請學校主動通報地方衛生主管機關或撥打防疫專線1922,俾利及時介入防疫,避免擴大為校園傳染病流行疫情。
