A diverse student body is one of the characteristics of IPSD. In Seminars on Sustainable Development Ⅰ, which is taught by Professor Yi-Ting Lin, students from different countries are required to give an introduction to their home countries, such as their social and economic status, customs and traditions and natural resources. This course is also open to Taiwanese students. It serves as a platform where international and local students get to exchange their experiences and opinions, learn from each other, and develop their global views and intercultural competence.
