The “Personal Data Protection Act” in Taiwan prevents an individual's information to be used illegally, it would be a violation of the act if we share your private information without permission. Therefore, the instructors are not able to obtain personal information including name, student ID, and contact information from the evaluation results.

A3: | No, the instructors can only read their own evaluation results. |

In what form of situation would an instructor be required to improve their teaching quality? |
A4: | The instructors will be reviewed when they received a . below 3.5 points (full score is 5.0) from the evaluation result. They will be required to improve their teaching quality and methods by the university. If an instructor receives a grade below 3.5 for two consecutive semesters, they are not allowed to teach the same courses in the following academic year. |

(2)revised by the academic affairs conference, the teaching evaluation survey of the following courses will not be included in the statistics: A. Undergraduate courses with under 15 students: Graduate courses with under 5 students. B. Student response rate: Courses with a response rate below 40% |
