IPSD students had an awesome experience during 2019 winter break

IPSD arranged different kind of experiencing learning activities for our students, for example, living in rural communities, volunteer service in Bunun Tribal Leisure Farm in Taitung, and a furniture production program where the students made classroom tables and chairs.

The host units were very impressed by our IPSD students’ performance.  It was the first time they had foreign students participate in their activities, and they were worried that the students would have a hard time dealing with the activity due to the language barrier. Fortunately, all the activities drew to a successful close and also brought more confidence to the hosts to hold these activities again.

The students gained an awesome experience from these activities and shared their reflections to everyone on the IPSD facebook page. They all look forward to the next opportunity to enrich their campus life through similar activities.
