Language Proficiency Requirements

The certificates of language proficiency are as follows:

• Programs Conducted in Chinese

(1) An applicant should achieve the TOCFL Level A2 or above.

For example:

• Test of Chinese as a Foreign Language (TOCFL): Band A Level 2
• Chinese Proficiency Test (HSK): Level 4

(2) Applicants who graduated from a school where Chinese is the language of instruction(e.g. Graduation certificate of Malaysia Chinese independent high school) or the major in college used to be Chinese.

• Programs Conducted in English

(1) Applicants  should provide English tests certificate at least CEFR B1 or above.

(2) Applicants who graduated from a school where English is the language of instruction.
